VT Seva recognizes that Happy Volunteers are the key to success for this Organization's mission. We know that all our volunteers are the most valuable assets for our existence and success. Regardless of any age or experience we believe that all volunteers should give respect and take respect!

VT Seva addresses the need to bring the youth and adults to one cause, one vision, one mission, and one organization by bridging the gap between youth and adult volunteers. After all, “today's youth are tomorrow's leaders and tomorrow's world!” VT Seva youth will take the leadership roles in team building, group work, planning, organizing and conducting events to support this Organization’s mission, with the help of its adult members and volunteers. When we all volunteer together, regardless of what duties and experiences we have, we will function effectively and innovatively towards our success, and ultimately make a great difference in our communities and the world. Amazing things will happen when passionate people come together! The only criteria to become a VT Seva Volunteer, is to have an Open Mind and embrace the volunteer opportunity with Humility and Pride.
