Hi, my name is Saisha Srivatsan. I am 14 years old and I am from the VT Seva Detroit branch. I have been volunteering with VT Seva for the past 4 years. I was inspired at 10 years old to begin volunteering, after seeing the incredible efforts put forth by my family and friends. The first time I volunteered, I knew it was something I wanted to continue doing because it made me feel proud. I like to volunteer anywhere that I can as I know it will be beneficial to the community. Through my volunteering, I have received 3 Presidential Volunteer Service Awards; one bronze and two silver medals. I feel honored to have been able to help the community through VT Seva.
