We are delighted to have you join us for this journey of inner calm and well-being. To ensure a smooth and beneficial experience for everyone, please review and follow the guidelines below.



General Guidelines


1. Punctuality:

• Please join the session at least 5 minutes early to settle in and test your audio/video setup.

• Sessions will start promptly, and late entries may not be admitted preserving the meditative environment.

2. Quiet Environment:

• Choose a quiet, distraction-free space.

• Inform household members to minimize disturbances during the session.

3. Tech Setup:

• Use a stable internet connection.

• Keep your camera on (if possible) so the instructor can guide posture and alignment.

• Mute your microphone unless instructed otherwise.


Pranayama

• Practice on an empty stomach or at least 3 hours after a meal.

• Sit in a comfortable position with your spine upright.

• If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable at any point, return to normal breathing and inform the instructor via chat.


Meditation

• Keep your phone on silent.

• Sit in a comfortable, alert posture.

• Avoid fidgeting to maintain group energy and focus.


Yoga Nidra

• Lie down on a yoga mat or firm surface.

• Use a thin pillow under the head.


Health & Safety

• If you have any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., asthma, high blood pressure, mental health

concerns), please consult your doctor before participating.

• Inform the instructor of any conditions beforehand.

• Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.


Respect & Etiquette

• Maintain a respectful and positive attitude during the session.

• Refrain from recording the session unless explicit permission is granted.
