VT Seva Seattle and Enso center together collaborating to conduct this workshop. Excited to host a Women's Safety & Self Defense Workshop. It is an excellent opportunity for us to come together and raise awareness about the importance of Self-defense which builds self-esteem and allow us to find safety in difficult situations. Proceeds will go to Cancer screening camps for rural women in India.
