To encourage mindfulness, self-care, and seeking help when needed, the club has created an impactful poster showcasing practical ways to improve mental health. Our club members hung these posters in various places in the school. These reminders serve as daily encouragement, helping students prioritize their well-being.

outh Lead: Advithi Kothapalli ; Impact: Our volunteers were able to sort through 1,232 pounds of rescued food donations that will be delivered to families in need by Monday, supporting the fight against hunger in our own community!We are incredibly grateful to Food Gatherers, a Washtenaw County nonprofit that rescues over 10 million pounds of food annually, for giving us the opportunity to serve. With 1 in 7 people facing food insecurity, every pound of food sorted makes a huge difference.

Troy IAE VTS club came together last week to make special Fatherโs Day cards for senior citizens in our community homes. It was heartwarming to gather as a group to recognize and honor fathers and father figures, especially those who may not always get the love and appreciation they deserve. Through our handmade cards, we hope to spread kindness and brighten the days of these important members of our community. Thank you to everyone who participatedโyour thoughtful cards will surely bring smiles and joy to many!

Troy High VTSEVA volunteered at United Community Family Services, where we packaged and labeled over 1,000 envelopes containing donation forms and flyers for community outreach. UCFS works diligently to provide programs that guide, support, and empower individuals. We are grateful for the chance to support a great cause behind the scenes!

VT SEVA Atlantaโs First Annual 3v3 Basketball Tournament: A Big hit for Team spirit and Community Service! VT SEVA Atlanta hosted its inaugural 3v3 basketball tournament on June 22nd which was a resounding success! ๐ซ๐ซ Ten teams battled it out in an action-packed day filled with thrilling plays, buzzer-beaters, and unforgettable moments, all in the name of helping others. ๐ค The tournament raised over $680 for Nethra Vidyalaya visually challenged students. From intense group-stage matchups to a heart-pounding final, the competition showcased not only talent but also incredible sportsmanship and community spirit. ๐๐ Team Beckham emerged victorious in a closely contested championship game, edging out Team Kaundinya with a score of 13โ11. โน๏ธโโ๏ธโน๏ธ A huge thank you to all the players, supporters, volunteers. and our amazing VT Seva youths Kaudinya and Karunya whose dedication and hard work made this event successful! โ๏ธ๐โ๏ธ

Capuchin Soup Kitchen plays a huge role in fighting hunger by offering food to individuals and families who may be struggling. Their work helps bring hope and relief to many people in the community.

Our team had the honor of volunteering at World Medical Relief, where we participated in various activities that contribute to global health and well-being. World Medical Relief is an organization that collects used and new medical supplies and sends them out to countries in need. It also operates the first and only pacemaker lab, and we had the opportunity to learn about the important process of classifying, sterilizing, and fixing pacemakers before they are sent out to save lives in other countries.

๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐๐: Sraya Ved Impact: With our help, Fleece & Thank you could quality check 533 blankets, which will be distributed to children in hospitals to support them during their long-term illness. This was a very fulfilling experience for all our volunteers in this event & everyone worked together to quality check these blankets to distribute to children in hospitals all over Michigan.
