VT Seva Houston volunteers had an opportunity to volunteer at the Houston Food Bank on January 18th. Volunteers cleaned and sorted donated items to prepare them for distributing to communities in need. Each item was inspected and categorized into boxes based on its type and usability. Through teamwork and dedication, we sorted an impressive 19,000 items, which will go on to benefit over 8,000 people in need. It was a truly rewarding experience, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support such an important cause!
