Highlighting these efforts, 323 youth volunteers were honored with the President's Volunteer Service Awards, a testament to their unwavering dedication and inspiring spirit of volunteerism.

🌿 *Thank you to everyone who participated in our Pranayama session*, and for your generous donations supporting the cause. Your contributions made a meaningful impact on World Health Day and beyond. *Special thanks to Vidya Nahar ji* for her time and guiding us through the transformative practice of Pranayama and sharing invaluable yogic breathing techniques. *Introduction to Laughter yoga was an absolute delight!* Through a series of breathing techniques, we found ourselves bursting into laughter, letting go off stress and tension. It was a truly refreshing and uplifting session that left us feeling energized and rejuvenated. Techniques we learned can greatly benefit by helping manage stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being. 🙏 #WorldHealthDay #AlzheimersAwareness🌍

VT Seva Chicago volunteers crafted heartfelt Valentine’s Day greeting cards for senior citizens and bus drivers! Kudos to all the adult & youth volunteers who took part in this activity. The cards were personally delivered to Naperville school bus drivers & Buffalo Grove Sunrise Senior Living on Valentine’s Day. It was a wonderful experience for our young volunteers to connect with senior citizens and spend quality time with them in the evening!

Together, we successfully accomplished crafting Forget-Me-Not flowers for our veterans. This activity was deeply fulfilling and meaningful, as it enabled us to demonstrate our support for veterans.
