Today September 13th 2026, VT Seva youth volunteers spent the day volunteering at the RISE thrift store, where they carefully sorted and organized clothing donations. Their attention to detail ensured that every item was in good condition and neatly folded.

VT Seva Chicago volunteers recently spent 2.5 hours volunteering at Bernie’s Book Bank. During our time there, we worked together to check around 5,000 books and make sure they were in good condition. We looked for books that were damaged, worn out, or not good enough to be given to children. It was a great experience because we got to work as a team while helping an organization that provides books to kids in need. Though checking thousands of books took a lot of time and effort, it was rewarding to know that our work would help make sure children receive books that they can enjoy and learn from. Everyone worked hard and did their part to help us get through so many books. A big thank-you to all of our volunteers: Aadityan, Humaid, Vishnu, Sid, Lakshmi, Ananya, Mohisha, Sahithi, Bhamini, Namish, Saikrishna, Vaibhav, Abhiram, Advika, Manasvi, Srilu, Raji, Sridavi, and Krishna! We really appreciate everyone who came out to volunteer and give back to the community.

North Farmington High School VTS Club successfully participated in the Club fair and recruited many new members.

As the freshmen of Troy High School are slowly adjusting to their third week of an unfamiliar schedule, the Troy High VT Seva Club welcomes them with open arms and a small note! Freshly handmade cards with sweet messages, our members have seen a smile run across the freshmen’s faces. VT Seva hopes to continue encouraging underclassmen to be kind and give back to the community

On the occasion of labor day, VTS Club students has taken the opportunity to write small thank you letters for people who make our school a better place. Our amazing janitors’ and lunch ladies’ heartfelt smiles makes everything all worth it.

Hello everyone, Blue Forget-Me-Nots are a powerful symbol of remembrance, originally used after World War I to honor the soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice. This weekend, we are crafting paper Forget-Me-Nots to honor Veterans. We invite people of all ages to join us in crafting for this meaningful cause. On Sept 6th, few of the Chicago youth volunteers gathered to crafts the paper flowers. Thank you to all the volunteers who participated!!

VTSEVA volunteers rolled up their sleeves for a hands-on experience in San Jose, diving into an exciting RAFT activity! We helped sort, quality-check, and pack essential supplies for teachers—making sure everything was ready to support classrooms in need. It was a fun and fulfilling day of teamwork, service, and community impact!

Troy High VTS Club members promoted the VTS Club in their school fair and recruited many new members. They made a beautiful poster and explained mission of the club very well to all new students.

In honor of Labor Day, our VT Seva club made appreciation cards for the essential workers at our school such as the lunch ladies, front office workers, and our janitors! They work so hard every day to strengthen and support our community, so we wanted to give them appreciation cards to show how much they are valued! It was so fulfilling to see the essential workers' faces light up, as they also deserve to be recognized. As a club, we realized that a simple card can brighten someone's day

As part of VT Seva Digital Library for Blind and Print Disabled, VTSeva Bay Area volunteers converted books and print material into digital content that can be accessed by the blind and visually challenged indviduals.

VTSEVA Bay Area volunteers enthusiastically came together, each contributing their time and creativity to write heartfelt, uplifting letters to seniors in the community. With every carefully chosen word, they aimed to spread joy, bring smiles, and remind these cherished seniors that they are deeply valued, appreciated, and never forgotten.
