VT Seva Cary Financial Literacy Camp

The camp will be held online from August 10–20 everyday from 6:00 – 7:00 PM ET (daily) , making it accessible from anywhere. Students will gain valuable knowledge about managing money, making smart financial decisions, and developing responsible spending and saving habits. The registration fee is $25 per student, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Nethra Vidyalaya schools to support education for visually challenged students.

VT Seva Seattle Coding Camp

Looking for a fun and meaningful way to spend your summer? Enroll your child in ROAD2CODE, a live virtual coding camp designed for students ages 10–14. Whether your child is new to programming or eager to build on their skills, this camp offers an engaging introduction to Java programming through interactive lessons, hands-on projects, and exciting challenges.

VT Seva Detroit 13th Annual Volleyball Tournament

VT Seva Detroit is organizing the 13th Annual Volleyball Tournament on Sep 20th, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM in SPARC, Novi, MI. 

Proceeds from this tournament will go to schools in India for visually challenged children. VT Seva supports Schools for visually challenged students in India, such as Nethra Vidyalaya. These schools provide higher education to visually challenged students and enable them to be independent and compete with other students.

Volunteering At City of Oaks Marathon

Ten youth and four adult volunteers from VT Seva Cary participated in the City of Oaks Marathon. They managed the water hydration point, ensuring runners stayed refreshed and supported throughout the race. VT Seva Atlanta West Forsyth Highschool - DAV Flower Making Activit

VTS West Forsyth Highschool - DAV Flower Making Activity 🌼 Students from West Forsyth High School led a meaningful DAV Flowers event, bringing youth together to create handmade flowers for disabled veterans. Each flower—crafted with care and gratitude—served as a heartfelt symbol of appreciation for the veterans’ service and sacrifice. The event fostered collaboration, creativity, and compassion, reminding everyone of the importance of giving back to those who have given so much for our country!

VT Seva Atlanta Candy Drive

ATL Candy Drive was a huge success. We collected 300 lbs of candy from 22 youth clubs to bring smiles to American troops stationed on the borders. Our generous dentist, Dr. Praveen, was deeply impressed with everyone’s efforts and gifted each child a goodie bag containing a mug, toothpaste, toothbrush, and floss. He also donated a $1,000 check to support visually challenged students — a thoughtful contribution that will leave a lasting impact! 👏♥️✌️

Cupetino Middle School environmental cleanup

VTSEVA hosted an impactful park cleanup at Cupertino Middle School, where volunteers came together to restore the beauty and vitality of the school’s garden patch. Through dedicated weed removal and extensive cleanup efforts, they successfully collected 300 pounds of trash—making a visible difference in the local environment. This initiative not only enhanced the school grounds but also promoted environmental awareness and community responsibility. VTSEVA’s continued efforts demonstrate how collective action can create meaningful change and inspire others to care for the planet.

Planting hope at Roundrock area service center

Community threads - thrift store

On November 1st, a group of volunteers from Chicago branch participated in an opportunity at the Community Threads Thrift store. Together, we were able to pack 7 bags of clothing and tag new clothes in preparation for the Christmas season. Growing Kindness: VT Seva Houston Volunteers at The Arc of Katy

On Saturday, November 1st, VT Seva Houston youth and adult volunteers supported The Arc of Katy, an organization serving individuals with intellectual disabilities. Volunteers helped refresh and reorganize various areas, including cleaning storage spaces and removing weeds to prepare the garden for fall planting. They also enjoyed assisting with the vegetable patches. It was a meaningful and rewarding experience for all. Saree Wrapping at City Diwali

We had another successful 'Saree Wrapping' service at DiwaliSA event on Nov 1st, 2025. A group of 12 energetic volunteers came together to plan and execute this fundraising activity with a goal of raising funds to support and empower the visually challenged students at Nethra Vidyalaya. Over 75 people supported the cause by getting draped in a saree and showing their love for Indian culture. The San Antonio branch raised $2250 approx from this activity which would support the education of 6 students. Thanks to our team for all the hard work in making this a fun event with a meaningful cause!

Out of the Darkness Walk

VT Seva San Antonio participated in the Out of the Darkness Walk organized by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) on Nov 1st, 2025. The AFSP Walks are organized to raise awareness for mental health, strongly sending the message that suicide can be prevented, and that no one is alone. Thanks to our youth coordinator, Aadhya Bobbala, for taking the lead and ensuring that VT Seva supported the cause as part of our commitment to Healthcare.

RaaS 25 Marketing and Promotional Activities Volunteering

RaaS 25 Marketing & Promotional volunteering activities Our dedicated VT Seva Detroit volunteers tirelessly stood outside various grocery stores, passionately promoting RAAS 2025 and spreading awareness about VT Seva’s impactful causes. Over several weeks, we not only raised strong awareness and momentum for the RaaS event, but we also raised enough funds to support 6 children’s yearly education through our marketing and promotional activities from Sept 14th to Oct 30th at these locations: Vani Groceries, Pande Groceries (Wixom & Troy), New Bombay Groceries (Canton), Patel Groceries (Troy), India Groceries, The Hindu Temple – Annakoot, Plymouth Mumbai Market, Anand Bazar (Northville), Little India Groceries (Wixom), and Ram Creations. VT Seva Detroit sincerely thank you all for giving us permission to do promotional activities. During these events, our volunteers also encouraged kind donations, both in cash and online, to support their mission.
