VT Seva Cary Financial Literacy Camp
The camp will be held online from August 10–20 everyday from 6:00 – 7:00 PM ET (daily) , making it accessible from anywhere. Students will gain valuable knowledge about managing money, making smart financial decisions, and developing responsible spending and saving habits. The registration fee is $25 per student, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Nethra Vidyalaya schools to support education for visually challenged students.

VT Seva Seattle Coding Camp
Looking for a fun and meaningful way to spend your summer? Enroll your child in ROAD2CODE, a live virtual coding camp designed for students ages 10–14. Whether your child is new to programming or eager to build on their skills, this camp offers an engaging introduction to Java programming through interactive lessons, hands-on projects, and exciting challenges.

VT Seva Detroit 13th Annual Volleyball Tournament
VT Seva Detroit is organizing the 13th Annual Volleyball Tournament on Sep 20th, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM in SPARC, Novi, MI.
Proceeds from this tournament will go to schools in India for visually challenged children. VT Seva supports Schools for visually challenged students in India, such as Nethra Vidyalaya. These schools provide higher education to visually challenged students and enable them to be independent and compete with other students.

VTS Detroit - IAE VTS Club - Mothers Day Card Making

IAE VTS Club came together to make Mother’s Day Cards! These cards were sent to residents at the American House Somerset Senior Living Home. It was a great opportunity to spread kindness and celebrate the mothers in our community. In total, we were able to make 60 cards! We’re so proud to have been able to brighten someone’s day with thoughtful messages and handmade cards.

On May 3rd, 2026, VT Seva Cary volunteers participated in the Best Buddies program with the Asha Foundation, helping create a fun and supportive environment for children with developmental disabilities. Our 7 youth volunteers spent time one-on-one with their buddies through games, activities, and conversations designed to encourage friendship and engagement. Throughout the event, volunteers helped ensure that every child felt included, supported, and involved in the activities. The experience allowed volunteers to build meaningful connections while bringing smiles and encouragement to the children and their families. Overall, the event was a rewarding opportunity to promote inclusion, friendship, and community involvement.

On May 2nd, 2026, VT Seva Cary volunteers participated in a DAV Flower Making event to honor retired and disabled American veterans. Our 6 youth volunteers worked together to create handmade “forget-me-not” flowers in a fun and productive environment. Through their teamwork and effort, the volunteers made a total of 860 flowers, each representing appreciation and gratitude for veterans and their service. This event gave volunteers a meaningful opportunity to support the community while spreading positivity and recognition for those who have served our country.

On May 2nd, 2026, VT Seva Cary volunteers assisted with the Brown Bag Ministry, helping prepare meals and supplies for members of the community in need. Our 8 volunteers worked together to package food items including sandwiches, snacks, fruits, and water bags for distribution. The event ran smoothly as volunteers arrived prepared and quickly began organizing and assembling the bags efficiently. Through teamwork and dedication, the volunteers successfully packed 100 meal bags to help support individuals and families in the community. This event provided a meaningful opportunity for volunteers to give back while making a direct and positive impact on those in need.

YB GRATITUDE TO THE POLICE OFFICERS ROCK PAINTING PROJECT 2026

Every year, VT SEVA Detroit takes a moment to express heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated police officers serving the Novi community. As a small gesture of appreciation, members visit the department each May, bringing along thoughtful goodies to thank the officers for their commitment and service. This year, the Youth Board members added a special, creative touch to the tradition. Demonstrating both talent and compassion, they hand-painted colorful rocks and crafted personalized cards to share with the officers. Each piece reflected a message of appreciation, making the gesture even more meaningful.

Students - your effort, curiosity, and willingness to take on challenges made this event truly special. We loved seeing your enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving. Parents - thank you for your constant support and encouragement—it makes a huge difference and helps create a positive experience for everyone. A special shout out to our education team for supporting me in planning and organizing this huge event with over 40+ participants ranging from grades Pre - K to 5. Few special call outs~ Thank you Sobana auntie - for trusting and giving me this opportunity. This event has given me confidence to lead a successful event. Thanks to Prashamsa aunty - adult lead- for always being available for any questions and giving me feedback that paved the way for this event's success. Volunteers planted 170 trees in Landsdale (Monrovia, MD) and 20 trees in Woodridge, Lake Linganore, with the support of our HOA partners and Neighborhood Forest. 💬 Mridula Vasudevan, VT Seva Maryland Branch Liaison, shared: "Planting 190 trees together showed the power of teamwork and community service. Every tree is a step toward a greener future, and I'm grateful to everyone who made this initiative a success." NJ Center Roots for the Future: Earth Day 2026

As part of VT Seva’s massive nationwide Earth Day initiative, our New Jersey volunteers rolled up their sleeves and got to work. We are proud to announce that the NJ Center planted 80+ trees, contributing to a greener Garden State and a healthier planet! Across the United States, 21 VT Seva locations united this Earth Day 2026 for a nationwide tree plantation initiative. Together, we planted more than 2,026 trees, creating a meaningful environmental impact and reaffirming our commitment to a sustainable future.
