Members from the IAE VTS Club came together to make DAV Flowers to support veterans. These flowers are a symbol of remembrance and support towards veterans suffering from disabilities. IAE VTS members attached paper forget-me-nots to notecards and in total we were able to make around 1,000 flowers in total

We had fantastic participation at the Ragalahari event, with over 40 amazing kids taking the stage and showcasing their musical talents. It was wonderful to see such young performers share their passion for music with confidence and joy

Thank you to the volunteers who joined us on April 19th to make Forget-Me-Not flowers for our Veterans. It was such a meaningful way to give back, and seeing everyone—from the kids to the adults—put so much care into their work was truly inspiring. As a special bonus, we were joined by four internationally trained dentists! They led a fantastic session on oral hygiene, giving us all a much-needed refresher on preventing dental diseases. Thank you Yuktha, Imran, Unseba & Naina for presenting the session!! It was the perfect blend of a "feel-good" activity and practical health wisdom for everyone! On Saturday, April 18th, VT Seva Houston volunteers had the opportunity to volunteer with the Houston Council of the Blind. Volunteers assisted in serving fresh fruits and delicious food, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and cared for throughout the gathering. This service opportunity was a truly memorable experience for our volunteers. They enjoyed interacting with members of the visually challenged community. The VT Seva Columbus team had an incredible day volunteering at Common Ground Free Store in Delaware! 🤝 We spent our time sorting donations and shelving clothing to ensure every neighbor who walks through the doors can shop with dignity and pride.

The April Plant Sale Event, held on April 18 and 19 as part of our Earth Day initiative 🌍🌱, was a truly incredible success for Atlanta VT Seva! We were grateful to have the support of over 20 dedicated volunteers who came together with enthusiasm, teamwork, and a shared passion for making a difference 🤝💚. Through our collective effort and strong collaboration, we created an event that was not only impactful but also inspiring. Thanks to everyone’s hard work and the amazing support from our community, we successfully sold over 800 plants 🌿🌸—a milestone that reflects both our unity and the community’s commitment to sustainability. This achievement shows what we can accomplish when we work together toward a common goal. Atlanta VT Seva is so proud of our team and deeply thankful to everyone who contributed to making this event such a meaningful step toward promoting environmental awareness and a greener future 🌎✨.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝: 𝐑𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐓𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬: 𝟏𝟑 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 By the end of the event, our team successfully contributed to the planting of 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬, helping improve the local environment and promote a greener, healthier community! Our team actively supported the initiative by planting trees, preparing soil, and ensuring proper placement to give each tree the best chance to thrive. During the event, we multitasked by digging planting holes, as well as carefully placing and securing trees. We also worked together to maintain efficiency and ensure all trees were planted correctly and safely. The Greening of Detroit plays a vital role in enhancing urban spaces by increasing tree coverage, improving air quality, and creating more sustainable neighborhoods for current and future generations. We are truly grateful to all the volunteers who dedicated their time and energy to this initiative. Your teamwork, responsibility, and commitment to environmental sustainability made a meaningful impact on the community.

VT Seva Virginia youth team did cleaning up of the Yard with LCAS

On April 17th, 2026, VT Seva Cary volunteers assisted at a Miracle League event, supporting children with special needs as they participated in baseball activities. Our 6 youth volunteers worked closely with their assigned buddies, encouraging and guiding them throughout the event. From the start, volunteers created a positive and welcoming environment, and throughout the activities, they continued to motivate and support their buddies with kindness and enthusiasm. Their encouragement helped each participant feel more confident and included while enjoying the game. This event was a great success, highlighting the compassion and dedication of our volunteers while making a meaningful impact on the children and the community.

Students from North Farmington High School VTS Club came together on Apri 16, 2026, to create 75 beautiful "Forget-Me-Not" flower bunches (20 flowers in each bunch) for DAV (Disabled American Veterans). With the helping hands of 15 dedicated student volunteers, this project was more than just crafting flowers—it was an opportunity to express gratitude, strengthen friendships, and honor the sacrifices of our veterans through a simple act of kindness. Every flower carried a heartfelt message: "You are not forgotten." 🌼💙 A huge thank you to all our volunteers for turning creativity into compassion and making a meaningful impact in our community.
