VT Seva Dallas Appreciation Dinner for Fire Fighters

On Friday, June 25th, few volunteers from VT Seva visited Fire Station to treat fire fighters for their service. They were very appreciative and were enthusiastic about showing the team around and explained what a day is like for them. Youth Volunteers had several questions which they the fire fighters answered. 10 minutes into the visit, they had to leave on an emergency call. The youth volunteers got to see them in action as they got the call on speakers, and get ready to leave in a few seconds from the time they got the call. What was impressive is the cool demeanor they have as they were leaving for the emergency call with a fire truck and an ambulance. They had cool information and little activity kits for all the volunteers which they handed before rushing out on their emergency call. Youth volunteers made thank you cards for them. It was a first and great experience for everyone attended.
