VTSeva Austin team 2021 last quarter took the opportunity to be part of the lives of Visually challenged by conducting the Vasudha annual event to celebrate the 2021 volunteer services in Austin and to support 75 visually challenged students Nethra Vidyalaya of India.

7 youth volunteers from Austin VTSeva have collected 150lbs of Halloween chocolates from their communities of which 50% were donated to Operation Gratitude for honouring our military, veterans and first responders. Rest are donated to the homeless and Ronald McDonald home charity as goodies packs in their lunch packs

VTSeva in collaboration with Sewa USA has conducted Holidays canned food drive to fill the local food bank pantries.

Austin VTSeva has conducted a Summer and Fall book drive to help the selected Title 1 schools of roundrock isd who have less than 5 books in their home library.

VTSeva Austin volunteers have provided “Lunches with love” for the RMHC on Nov 6th For 50 families.The lunch included a PBJ sandwich, fruit bowl , granola bar, chips, water bottle and a cookie packed and delivered to the families of the cancer patients.

This is on going event where our volunteers help the central texas food bank in sorting and packing boxes of all foods and send them to local kitchens for homeless.

In honor of India's 75𝒕𝒉 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝒐𝒏 𝑨𝒖𝒈𝒖𝒔𝒕 15𝒕𝒉, the 𝑽𝑻 𝑺𝒆𝒗𝒂 Austin 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑩𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅 members are learning about the great Indian leaders who helped in the advancement of India's growth and lead to India's independence.

"Beats for a cause" - Music and Dance event. Austin chapter has conducted a fundraising musical event inviting all the musical artists instrumental, vocal of all cultures and dancers of Austin and other states of US.

Seeds for Tomorrow is an eco-fundraiser intended to not only support our local charities and businesses but also inspire our community to take up gardening and protect the environment.

VT Seva Austin team worked at a warehouse operated by Central Texas Food Bank and our activity involved sorting and packing fresh produce that is equivalent to 8000+ meals. There were 2 youth and 3 adult volunteers and we worked for 3 hrs.
