Why we’re running this contest

We are running this contest to raise funds to feed visually challenged and underprivileged students in India. All proceeds will be donated to provide the students with necessary nutrition. Each student requires only 33 cents a day, or 120 dollars a year for their needs to be fulfilled. Our goal for this event is to support 20 students for a year. How We are Going to Run the Tournament:

  • Communication will be facilitated through Slack. (It’s an app/ website where you can make workspaces, channels, and direct messages to communicate with large numbers of people.) After you register, and before the tournament we will be sending a link out to join the Slack.

  • The tournament will be fully run through Zoom. While we would optimally be in person, this is the best we can work with now! We will have about 10 to 11 rooms, our breakout rooms running throughout the day for competition and Tab room.
